Copper's Usage Guidelines

This page outlines Copper's guidelines for users to follow.

1. Exploiting or Cheating

The usage of exploits, cheats, hacks, hack clients, or any other method, application, bookmarklet, Javascript code, etc. that gives a player an unfair advantage is banned.

The usage of exploits, cheats, hacks, hack clients, or any other method, application, bookmarklet, Javascript code, etc. that is made to annoy players or ruin gameplay experience is banned.

2. Language

The usage of slurs that describe any group insultingly is banned, even if you are part of the group that the slur is meant to discriminate against.

The usage of foul language that describes sexual body parts, acts, or fluids is banned.

The usage of foul language that does not describe sexual body parts, acts, or fluids must be done in moderation.

3. Discrimination

No discrimination of groups, usage of symbols that represent discrimination of groups in a negative light towards the group, or general usage of language that that represents discrimination of groups in a negative light towards the group, including (but not limited to): age; caste; color; disability; ethnicity; family responsibilities; gender; gender identity; housing status; national origin; race; refugee or immigration status; religious affiliation; serious illness; sex; sexual orientation; socioeconomic class and status; source of income; status as a victim of violence or stalking; and weight and size.

No claims that deny the history of mass human atrocities.

If you are a part of a terrorist/hate group, you are not allowed to use Copper.

4. Personal Information

Do not give out personal information. This includes, but is not limited to: location (anything more specific than the state;) the school you go to; the sports teams you are on; and your last name.

Do not share content that could help users find personal information, of you or others.
